Volunteering at Image
Your involvement makes a huge difference for our students and community. In order to be a volunteer in the Evergreen Public Schools, you must complete the Volunteer Application Process and receive notification of clearance from Evergreen Public Schools BEFORE participating in volunteer activities. Approved applicants are permitted to volunteer in all Evergreen schools for two (2) school years. Evergreen School District will first conduct a Washington State Patrol Identification & Criminal History Background Check, as well as an Applicant Disclosure Form, and a Volunteer Expectation Agreement.
Please complete the application on a computer, not your phone. Phone applications do not translate over to the response list. If you are unable to complete the application on a computer, please visit the District office and use one of the many computers in the lobby.
Visit the district site to read the Volunteer Handbook and complete the Volunteer Application at: sites.google.com/evergreenps.org/volunteers/volunteers
Once you have completed the online application, bring your ID to the school secretary or Human Resource Secretary to verify your identity. For security reasons, we can not accept an emailed copy of your identification. Once the ID is verified, we can move forward with your clearance.
If you have any questions regarding the clearance process, please feel free to contact the Image Office at 360-604-6850 or the EPS Human Resource Secretary at 360-604-4014.
In order to enter the secure area of the school, Visitors must sign a visitor conduct agreement which explains our expectations of visitor conduct. Please use the QR code to complete your Visitor Conduct Agreement for the year, or complete at this link: Visitor Information/Conduct Agreement
